Avlanmış tavşanı kar içinde akşamdan sabaha kadar bekletin (kar yok ise suda bekletin), yıkayıp süzdürün. Tencereye yağ ile tavşan etlerini koyun, etler bıraktığı suyu çekinceye kadar kavurun. Soğanı, sarımsakları ilave edin, soğanlar sararıncaya kadar kavurun, salçayı koyun, karıştırın. Baharatları, tuzu, et suyunu, sirkeyi koyup, kapağı kapatın, kaynamaya başlayınca hafif ateşe alıp, etler yumuşayıncaya kadar pişirin yemek tarifleri. Lengeriye düzenleyin, maydanoz serpip, sıcak olarak servis yapın. Not: Konya da en çok kullanılan kümes hayvanları tavuk ve hindidir.
